That's the beauty of having designers & builders on the same team. We’ve flipped the traditional model on its head and reverse engineered the whole building process by quoting the build as we’re designing it. This means your design is kept within budget and you don’t have to suffer through the disappointment of having to compromise on the beautiful design you’ve had your heart set on. The cherry on top is you’ll benefit from the cost efficiencies!

We’re a small yet mighty team. Our extended team of building designers and interiors designers means we can take your project from initial ideas and concepts all the way through to plans for council approval, interior design and execution of your build.

Initial Consultation

Depending on your needs, our initial consultations involve Tim and Sarah calling around for a site visit to chat through your project. We’ll discuss your pain points and provide some solutions, a clear path forward and a proposal to work together. If your project requires building design services, we’ve also got you covered. Our tried and tested building designers are the perfect complement and balance to our team - they are across the nitty gritty of planning permissions and council approvals. Having a team of us means we’re across the brief and on the same page with you from day one. One team, end to end.

1. Phone Call

Let’s test the waters and get to know each other! On our initial call we’ll chat through what you’re trying to achieve, how we can help you through the process and find out whether we’re a good fit to move forward together.

2. Consultation

Let’s meet! Whether it’s an existing house or plans on paper for a new house, we’ll talk through the scope of work, the ideas and how we can bring your dream to life.

3. Design plans

In the design phase we’ll take those conceptual ideas and put pen to paper. We’ll consider your needs, desires and pain points then design a conscious (high performance energy efficient & healthy) home. This process is super collaborative, along with you, we’ll dial in our consultants and interior designer to ensure a seamless and cost effective design solution.

4. Council approval

Not all projects require council approval, but for those which do, we’ll help you to navigate the approval process with the hand of our design team who work with us to produce an outstanding set of drawings and engage the right consultants.

5. Interior Design

To truly make a house home, Sarah, and our interior design team, will design all the internal elements to ensure a cohesive look that will make you feel right at home. This service extends to custom furnishings including your own sentimental pieces to ensure your new home is a true reflection of you and your family.

6. Build

Where everything starts coming together and our ideas come to fruition! Our build team will take over from here and execute the plans we have created, and quoted for, in the design phase. We have a solid set of systems and processes to drive our timelines and keep you informed every step of the way.

7. Your happy home

Time to celebrate! After the hard work is done and tools are down, it’s time to enjoy your newly created home with family and friends.

Having lived through the dust and chaos of a home renovation ourselves, we understand the juggle this comes with. With tradies on your doorstep at 7am each morning, we understand your unique situation and will ensure you feel comfortable each step of the way. We love a timeline and are avid planners. We’ll provide you with a program schedule which allows you to know what is happening when and plan accordingly. We aim to minimise disruption to your life as much as possible or get you back into your property as quickly as possible!
