We are Tim & Sarah Yarrow
We are a husband and wife team here to make your dream home and lifestyle a reality.
Yarrow Build was born from a love and passion for designing and renovating homes. On a journey to following our dream, we decided to join forces, combining our unique passions and skill sets in building (Tim) and interior design (Sarah) to help others create their dream homes using our start to finish support, skills and expertise.
We are all about creating homes which make our clients feel good, support their unique family lifestyle needs and have a lot of fun along the way. Having been on the other end of the renovation process ourselves, we understand all of the moving parts that go along with such an exciting (sometimes daunting) project.
With a background of 20 years experience in construction, the majority spent in project management throughout Australia, Tim has successfully lead several $10M+ projects.
Having learned the craft of running complex multi-million dollar builds and all that is involved, including intricate build details, strict deadlines and managing relationships with architects, trades and our clients (that’s you!), we’re here to walk you through every step of the way from design all the way to build and completion.
Building special homes that will last many generations to come and stand the test of time is something we stand by, we create homes for better communities, building in a way that is rewarding and positive. We’re passionate about creating consciously and supporting local. With sustainability being top of mind, we carefully take into consideration the materials we use throughout the design and build stages and their effect on our environment and the communities around us.

A builder & interior designer
After spending many years living in the eastern suburb of South Coogee, we now reside south of Sydney, with our adorable Cocker Spaniel, Mala. We have renovated several of our own properties over the years and we’re currently working our way through the next one - designing a new family home which is high on sustainable features!
Tim
Carpenter, Builder and Project Manager, Tim makes sure the creative ideas are brought to life. With unrivalled craftsmanship and standards, nothing slips through the cracks on Tim’s watch.
Sarah
As a well-established interior designer, Sarah is an expert in bringing the magic to our projects. Living overseas and travelling the world for many years, Sarah’s global influence of architecture and design allows her to reimagine functional living.
